When buying Moni Jewelry you automatically accept and agree to all the erms and conditions listed here.

1) Orders


 Orders can be placed via our website only www.moni-jewelry.com

2) PRICE


Our prices are listed in Euros (€) and we can change them without previous notification. 

3) DELIVERY


Shipping costs will be charged additionally and shown separately on the product page, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We will use DHL & DPD to delivery your order.
You can choose between:
Standard DHL Shipping  
€ 4,90 Germany
€ 13,90€ Rest of the world
(The delivery time is 3-4 working days after the day you did your order) and it can have delay according with DHL rules.
Due to Covid-19 the delivery is taken between 5-7 working days depending your area)
DHL Express Shipping (Next Day delivery)
€ 14,00 Germany

4) VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS

In case of bank holidays and time off: 
Bank holidays on Fridays: We will receive orders until the Wednesday before the bank holiday, until 9pm. We will return to work on Monday as usual.
Bank holidays on Mondays: We will receive orders until the Thursday before the bank holiday, until 9pm. We will return to work on Tuesday.
In case of any incident or illness, we will let you know, via our website or Instagram, the period when we will be closed. 

5) CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURNS POLICY


Moni Jewelry wants every client to be 100% happy.
If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us immediately and we will consult with you to find the appropriate solution.  
We will always ask you to send us a photo of the product, to help us understand the problem.
If necessary, we will ask you send the product back for validation. At this case we will not refund you the shipping price.
In addition to your other legal rights, you have the right within 14 days after delivery to cancel the Contract (other than in relation to personalised or other products which we have specified as non-returnable, such as unsealed products) and receive a refund from us.
Your right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of your Confirmation email relating to that Contract and ends 14 days after the date of delivery.
Following delivery you have 14 days to return products, unless they are sale or outlet products in which case we will not accept returns and cancellations.
You must inform us in writing by Email or Whatsapp your wish to cancel.
 It would help us if you provide the date of Order and Order number, as well as your name and address to ensure we identify the Order correctly.
We promise that if your complaint meets the correct criteria, we will offer you a refund, without the delivery rate; or if you prefer, we can send you a new product.
In case of a refund, we will use the same method of payment you used (credit card, money transfer or PayPal).
If for any reason we have to cancel the purchase, we will contact you to refund the payment using the same method of payment you used (credit card, money transfer or PayPal).

6) DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We are under a legal duty to supply products in conformity with the Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by anything else in these Terms of Sale.
You should inspect the product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. Once received, goods, which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or which have been damaged, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items in their original condition and packaging if possible within 14 days of receipt. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s).
If the Product(s) are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the Product(s) or refund the price paid by you, not including any shipping charges you paid, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the Product(s)

7) OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS


Moni Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time.
All information about promotions will be available on the website, stating the period when it will be valid.
All promotion codes are valid during the dates specified on our website and Instagram.

8) CHANGES IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
 
9) WARRANTY


Our pieces have a 1year guarantee for the bath, from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to broken, worn parts, as well as those damaged by misuse.
