How do I return a defective item?
If the item is not suitable for you, it will be replaced or repaired. For a defective item, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item. *You must contact us before returning your order. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs will be yours.
